Rotara School

Principal’s Message

As Rotara School celebrated its 50th birthday in 2022, I would like to take this opportunity to offer a few reflections and share some of my thoughts.

50 Years have passed and along with that, years of learning, fun, and great relationships being forged. We are very proud of our school, especially the hard work of the learners and staff members.

As the current principal of Rotara School, I am extremely proud to be part of the Carletonville community. I am thrilled by the opportunity of being the educational leader of such an exceptional institution.  Rotara School has dedicated and talented staff members who are motivated to help every learner achieve. Two of my goals, as principal, are to support and promote the established foundation of collaboration between the school and the community and further promote the highest quality education for every learner, irrespective for their disabilities.

I firmly believe in open and meaningful communication between school and home. My door is always open to anyone.

Rotara School is, has been and will continue to be an excellent educational organization. I am honoured and humbled to be the principal. I will continue to work hard to make the Rotara experience a tremendous one. The heart of any school begins and ends with the people who enter it every day, from the staff, to the learners and finally, their families. As principal, I will work to build a community where each and every one of those people, when asked where they work or attend school, will respond with a sense of intense pride in stating: Rotara School.

Soli Deo Gloria! (Glory to GOD alone)
